Know your worth, then add tax!

You know what grinds my gears? When couples send me their vows to review, I find that way too often, women apologise for being “emotional”, “a burden”, and thanking their partner for standing  by them due to their “baggage”.

But this has got to stop! I tell these incredible women that they’re human, with a past and a life, full of ups and downs as everyone has, and that they have nothing to apologise for.

And “I’m cutting that bit out”, because you’re not supposed to apologise in your wedding vows. And as women, we apologise too much as it is.

You’re enough! Your partner loves you, and all the pieces what make up you! Isn’t that what being married and committed to each other is all about?

Please stop apologising for having a life, and being a person with feelings that are valid. All of these things have brought you to this point in your life, and make up the beautiful person that you are (because I only marry beautiful people, didn’t you know?), and you’re about to get hitched to someone pretty yummy, who also thinks you’re yummy.

Know your worth, then add tax! Be kind to yourself, and if you don’t, I sure as hell will when you snap up one of my hot little dates. Mwah! xx
