Oh my gosh! From the moment we met Marie, she has been an absolute goddess. We found Marie through a recommendation from reaching out to an interstate celebrant because she felt she’d be a good fit. Marie took the time to know the both of us over coffee, zoom, and drinks and really helped guide us through the process and supported us the whole way through. She made us feel so at ease on the day. And my gosh was our ceremony an absolute blast!!! It was important to us our guests felt included and that we had something that felt a little less traditional. She had our nearest and dearest and the both of us laughing, crying and ready to party! Our ceremony was absolute perfection, so bright and fun and our guests just couldn’t stop raving about how brilliant she was. We heard time and time again on the night that it was the best ceremony they’ve ever been to!

Marie kept the party going and on track into the evening as our MC and it was just so flipping fun! She coordinated with our venue and vendors, and was just an absolute dream to have in our corner.

Our day was so incredibly perfect and it was largely thanks to Marie 💛💛💛 she made both our guests and ourselves so welcome, included and comfortable. For anyone who is looking for a ceremony that is out of the ordinary, fun, inclusive and engaging, Marie is ya gal!

Marie is one of those people you meet and immediately want to have in your life. Planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful, part of it can be just trying to get your head above all the noise from what you "should" be doing to what works for you. Not only is Marie an incredibly professional, talented, creative and fun person she's a friend, a guide, a confidant and a solid grounding in reality, all with a barrel of laughs along the way. We don't think weddings are supposed to be a sombre experience wrapped in the expectations of others, and Marie is the person who gets that. She creates the most beautiful original ceremonies, all based on getting to know you first. We had the wedding that dreams are made of, bright, colourful and full of love, the way it's supposed to be. Marie made that happen. She was our celebrant bringing all the love and warmth to the room and our MC keeping the crowd engaged and entertained, and we honestly can't imagine anyone else doing this for us. She's brilliant, don't hesitate to talk to her about your plans, she'll bring it to life.

Better late than never!! I do not know how we missed leaving a Google review for our dear Marie, we must have still been on our wedding high from the amazing ceremony she gave us! Marie married my husband and I in early September. Marie is more than a celebrant through the entire process, from the initial meeting she cheered for us, became our biggest hype woman and took care of all the boring paperwork so that we could just focus on the excitement and magic of our big day. Marie gave us so many alternative options to make our ceremony something we truly felt comfortable with, how she got to know us and how she told our story to our family and friends was better than what we could’ve done ourselves. Our guests raved about how the ceremony was light hearted but also deeply personal, many people felt it was fun, full of love and that they learnt more about us from having witnessed it.

I love watching Marie’s stories on instagram and seeing her marrying new couples, I know and share the feeling that those couples feel, the experience of having Marie on your wedding day is so so special and you know that your day couldn’t have been more perfect!

Even before the wedding, we could feel the love and professionalism. Marie was very well prepared and had a structure that helps you to create the most beautiful content. Before the ceremony and even before we arrived, she was welcoming all our guests with a beautiful smile. We could hear from the room how excited everyone was and how she set up an energetic, happy and safe environment.

The way she told our story was fantastic, very cheeky, fun, emotional… You could feel she was as happy and emotional as we and our guests were. Everybody was talking about her, and how amazing she was…and I don't blame them, she made our day so special. I wish everyone could have her at their wedding.

She even welcome my family in Spanish, and that made them feel very inclusive in the ceremony. And last but not least….her outfit was just STUNNING, it was literally the cherry on the cake (And we did not have a cake). So bubbly, chic and elegant.

I could spend the next year trying to find the words for this review and still not even come close to capturing what a phenomenal celebrant Marie is. She was just perfect.

From the initial planning stages, communication was always prompt and empathetic. Marie guided us through the legalities and preparation required with ease and I felt she had everything completely under control, which meant one less thing to have to worry about.

Marie was also amazingly kind towards our toddler and took the time to get to know him at meetings, so the wedding day was less of a shock. She gave us some amazing tips for how to get him through the ceremony and reception, and they worked perfectly. She was able to include him as much as he was willing on the day and her advice and tips really helped him be the best kiddo he could be on what was a long and hot day.

Marie's celebrancy style was bright, loud, and fabulous. We opted not get a draft of a ceremony prior which was perfect for us. That trust was not misplaced! The surprise of hearing and experiencing everything for the first time was such a special experience. From being announced down the aisle and cheered and clapped, to having our guests bless our marriage with promises that were uniquely us, I could not have asked for a more perfect celebrant or ceremony that captured my partner and I as individuals, or as a couple.

We had so many lovely comments post ceremony, including "I've never seen s celebrant with so much energy! She was amazing!" And praise for a beautiful Acknowledgement of Country. But the best review and came from my partner's 90 year old grandmother "well, I suppose my wedding was really a bit boring, wasn't it?"
